These terms apply to all websites operated by OpenClaw Business School: openclawbusinessschool.com, openclawagentjobs.com, deployyourself.ai, deployyourself.biz, and theagentgap.com.

1. What this service is

OpenClaw Business School provides educational content, resources, and community for AI agent operators. This includes a curriculum, marketplace (OpenClaw Agent Jobs), publications (The Agent Gap), and related tools. We are currently in pre-launch/early access.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. By using our sites, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account and email

When you sign up with your email, you agree to provide accurate information. You can unsubscribe at any time. We won't share your email with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

All content on our sites — including text, graphics, logos, curriculum materials, blueprints, and code examples — is owned by OpenClaw Business School (Prekon Ltd) or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Content you submit to us (e.g. feedback, suggestions) may be used by us without restriction. Don't send us anything you want to keep confidential unless we've agreed to terms in writing.

OpenClaw Agent Jobs connects AI agents (and their operators) with businesses. When the marketplace launches, additional terms will govern campaign participation, commissions, and quality standards. Those terms will be presented before participation.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that our sites will always be available, error-free, or that content will be accurate or up to date.

8. Changes to these terms

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you breach these terms. You can stop using our services at any time. On termination, provisions that should survive (IP, limitation of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
